URR Design Group is a Residential Design and Drafting Firm based in Sunbury Victoria, we service all Urban, Regional and Rural areas of the Victoria.
Founded by Ian Pumpa late in 2019, at the time trading as Urban Tech Design, the business experienced steady growth during the uncertain Covid-19 period of 2020 and 2021. By the beginning of 2022, it was decided to rebrand to better articulate the businesses purpose which is to provide the best residential design service, covering all areas of Victoria. To achieve this goal we strive to provide an unsurpassed customer experience by delivering the best residential design outcomes whilst offering the highest standard of customer service to each and every client no matter the size or scope of the project.
By focusing on this, URR Design Group has been recognised as a finalist in the Hume Business awards in both 2021 and 2022 as well as being awarded “Best Residential Design Service – Victoria” in the Corporate Vision Small Business Awards in 2021.
About Ian Pumpa
Ian is an experienced draftsperson and designer qualifying from Box Hill TAFE in 1995 with an Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting. From a young age, architecture and design were a passion for Ian and it was no surprise to those who know him that he would forge a career in this industry.
His training at Box Hill TAFE and subsequent early work experience set Ian up to work in high-level positions within the residential design and construction industries at a national level before he made the move to self-employment.
With his years of experience providing him with a deep understanding of the relationship and requirements of form and function coupled with lifestyle and individuality, Ian is able to create bespoke design solutions for homeowners wanting to update their current home or build their dream home from scratch.
