Working Drawings
The working drawings are the plans that are used for builder quotes, building permits and construction. They are a full set of the plans and details required to ensure things are built in accordance with all government regulations, codes and the Australian Standards.
- Preliminary Working Drawings
This is the first set of working drawings which get completed up to a stage where external consultants such as engineers can start working on the project.
- Working Drawings
Completed to a stage where the Building Permit can be applied for
- Construction Issue Working Drawings
Completed with any final adjustments as required by the Building Surveyor before the issue of the Building Permit.
